Sooo… how many of you have been running around town ordering Chai Lattes and thinking you were ready to climb on a camel and trek through Northern India?


Many of the syrups and powders used by cafes are a far stretch from the real deal, The Hollow Chai blend uses herbs and spices taken from traditional recipes and allows for you to experience a chai the way it should be, based in organic black tea and steeped in milk.

Spicy, with a warmth that lingers on your tongue and travels gently through your body.

Listen, can you feel it?


Black tea, Clove, Ginger Cardamom, Black Pepper, Orange Peel, Fennel, Nutmeg.

Pre-heat a cup or teapot. Use 1-2 HEAPED tsp per cup or 1-2 MASSIVE tsp per person for a teapot.
Steep time - 3 minutes 
Water temp - 100 deg
Notes - 
When we brew Chai at the hollow we firstly add tea and 100 deg (boiling) water to start the steeping process in the pot, we then fill the remainder of teapot with milk and use our milk frother to bring the brew up to steeping  temperature and wait 3 minutes before pouring. At home, in a saucepan you can make a mixture of Hollow Chai with milk (and/or water) and honey.... fashion it to your own tastes and enjoy.
